Welcome to Veggie Delights, our attempt to make it a bit easier for you if you are either looking for veggie resources or just trying to add a bit more vegetarian fare to your diet. A new part of our site is out Veggie Restaurant page, where you can search for a Veggie friendly restaurant, or add your favorite Veggie friendly place to our growing database. We kicked off the listing with our favorite restaurants in the Washington, D.C. and Kansas City metro areas - and as you suggest your favorites we will hopefully end up with a large, nationwide database of Veggie Friendly restaurants.

We also bring you our favorite recipes and tips to enhance your dining pleasure. One myth we want to dispel is that vegetarian food is limiting and boring. We eat like kings in our house, and our Veggie recipes page is our way of sharing our favorite recipes with you.
