As things have got busier, it became apparent that we need to get a full time person just to answer your phone questions and emails. So beginning this month we have brought in Chris to man our phones. We feel lucky to have Chris - he knows our product line well and he does a great job answering people's questions. Brian will continue to take customer support questions, but this will free him up to do some webmaster types of things and continued product development. As a small business owner, it is a bit hard to let some things go as your business grows. It wasn't that long ago that I was doing everything - from answering the phones to doing the daily orders along with all the webmaster and business development as well. So it is a bit hard when things change, but it feels good to bring on really good people like Chris who care about our business and customers.
