Maybe you are ready for a new mattress and have been thinking about a memory foam mattress. Perhaps you’d like to try one but you’re afraid you may not like it. Since we spend about one-third of our lives in bed, it’s important to have a mattress that you love. That’s why it’s so important to be able to return your new memory foam mattress if you try it at home and it doesn’t work for you.
I saw a brief blog entitled Return a Memory Foam Mattress that reminded me of this topic. I don’t know where this person bought their memory foam mattress, but it was exactly what they wanted. They were happy to have had the option of returning the memory foam mattress if they did like it, but didn’t need to do this. Unfortunately, things don’t always work out so well.
You should only buy your memory foam mattress from a retailer that will allow you to try it in your own home for an extended period (at least 180 days) and will return your money if the memory foam mattress doesn’t work for you. Do not go for a store credit or “comfort” guarantee, which is the same thing as a store credit. If you do, you could be out a lot of money and still not have a mattress that you like. Unfortunately, we see this all the time.
