Over the years (and I've been online talking about memory foam since 1998) I've tried all sorts of ways to provide my customers with the best possible information about both memory foam and our particular products. My goal has always been to provide the most in-depth and unbiased information on memory foam on the web.

Recently, this has meant adding the online product reviews for the mattresses and toppers you will find on our site. These reviews have been a big hit, and I encourage you to read them before buying any of our products.

Not only because they are absent all sales hype, and instead give you a direct view into how our products work for people in the real world. But also, and perhaps more importantly since you come to our contact page, as maybe the best way of getting unbiased answers to any questions you might have about our memory foam mattress or topper pads.

Our product reviews are very different from most you will find on online mattress sites.

They aren't cherry picked, ginned up reviews you find at most sites.

Instead, our Memory Foam Mattress Reviews and Topper Pad Reviews are like the product reviews you will find on Amazon -- I don't have the ability to edit their content in any way (the review software doesn't allow this), and virtually all reviews, whether good or bad, that have been posted are shown on the site (a few that weren't about the right product or duplicates aren't shown. But 99% of those submitted are shown).

These reviews represent the full cross section of people's experiences with our products, which is important, because since I offer a full 365 day money back guarantee, I'm betting my money on our product really working for you. There just is no upside into tricking you with some ginned up reviews since, ultimately, I do buy back any of our products that don't work for people. But I realize that browsing through the reviews may be sort of hit and miss for answering a particular question.

I've found after years of talking with people on the phone and through emails, that these sorts of ways of contacting us with questions is often frustrating for people. Calling us with questions only worked during our phone hours, which covered just a portion of the day. And an email question, in the same way, despite our best efforts, might not get answered till the next business day (and over a weekend, that can be awhile, unfortunately).

So ... I've taken sort of a bold step to try to give people an immediate way to get their questions answered.

I've spent a bunch of time trying to create a "Virtual David" -- my best answers to all the questions we get over and over again, so that I can share with you the in-depth knowledge I have gained from all the years I have been in this business (and I've been selling memory foam since 1994).

I thought long and hard about this, and rather than hire someone with little experience to answer the phones, I felt that this was the best way (albeit a way not really tried by anyone before that I know of) to have a way to both immediately answer your questions and have the answers provide the in-depth detail you can only get from someone who has been in the trenches with memory foam as long as I have. And it has been awhile -- when I started in memory foam, Tempur-Pedic was just a small company pitching their products through Chiropractors mainly.
