A Memory Foam Mattress: Great for Easing Your Back Ache

Many people try memory foam for the first time to help ease their back pain.  That is how I originally discovered memory foam.  It helped me sleep more comfortably and with less pain and I never looked back.

I came across a question someone posted that asked, “What is the Best Mattress for my Wife Who Has Back Aches?” It seems that this fellow’s wife had several vertebrae fused as a youth to treat scoliosis. He was looking for suggestions from those with experience.  Someone suggested a memory foam mattress.

Although I would immediately agree with this answer it is with one caveat.  I would tell this man not to purchase a memory foam mattress thinking it will help back aches without purchasing it from a memory foam mattress retailer that will let you try it for an extended time (at least 180 days) in your own home.  If you don’t like it, you need to be able to return it and get your money back.  This is the absolute only way for him to know if a memory foam mattress is right for his wife’s aching back.  Do not buy from a store with a store credit or “comfort” guarantee (same thing as a store credit).  If the memory foam mattress doesn’t work for you, you could be out a lot of money and still not have a mattress that works for you.

At Healthy Foundations, we allow you to try our memory foam mattresses in your own home for 365 days and have a money-back guarantee with every purchase.  We offer our buyer’s guides to help you find the specialty mattress that is right for you.  Check out our buyer’s guides for air beds, natural latex mattresses, and memory foam mattresses.
