That’s right… Two years! After that, replacing your defective mattress under warranty is going to cost you money, up to 75% of your original purchase price. Are you kidding me? What kind of warranty is that? It gets even better (or worse, depending on your point of view). Loom & Leaf claims that “normal body impressions” of up to 3/4″ are not covered under the warranty. Anyone who has slept on a mattress with a dip of this size knows that this is not “normal” and is very uncomfortable.
The lesson learned here is to read the details and fine print of any mattress warranty. What is shouted in the store and on the website may sound great, but read the details to understand what is really covered and what it will cost you.
