Memory Foam Mattress: Customer Satisfaction Is Vital

The annual NRF Foundation/American Express Customers’ Choice survey got me thinking (as I always do) about how important satisfying your customer is.  The annual survey, conducted by BigResearch, is a customer survey that ranks retailers’ customer service across all retail formats. 

For the third year in a row, L.L. Bean was number one.  Numbers two, three, and four were once again Overstock.com, Zappos.com and Amazon.com.

Of the top ten (all large well-know retailers), no major mattress retailer made the list.  Healthy Foundations isn’t a large enough company to be a household name for this type of survey, but we take our customer satisfaction very seriously just the same — and our customers’ responses show it.
