Ingredients 1 C cooked garbanzos
½ C tahini
2 to 3 cloves of garlic ¼ C of water ¼ C of freshly squeezed lemon juice ¾ tsp. Cumin ¾ tsp. Salt - preferably sea salt Directions We put the beans, especially if just soaked, into the food processor with the water, lemon juice and garlic and process until smooth. Then we put it in a bowl and add the tahini, cumin and salt and mix by hand. If you have a big enough food processor, just put all these in with the bean paste and process until mixed. We usually make a double recipe for parties, and sometimes just for us when we get a real craving. |
