Frozen fruit -¼ to ½ C, or as much as you like and that your blender can handle without burning up your blender. Optional:
Directions Put everything in your blender and mix until smooth. If it gets a bit too thick to blend, add some more liquid. Don't make it too thick for your blender's power - my brother is on his sixth or seventh one. Go for power if you are buying one - the more watts the better. |
