For the mattress there is a $75 return shipping fee, and for the topper pads and pillows you only pay for the return shipping. Manufacturer's Warranty Our The Healthy Foundations Memory Foam Mattress comes with a 20 year non-prorated warranty. The Memory Foam Mattress Warranty reads that the manufacturer guarantees the mattress to be: ... free from manufacturing defects from construction and raw materials including stitching, foam breakdown and layer separation.Our topper pads come with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and the pillows with a 3 year warranty.
A memory foam pad and pillow will soften a bit over its life, and this is not covered by the warranty. Typically, the type of defect covered by the warranty is if the topper pad or pillow becomes compressed in some area (stays compressed and doesn't recover). Does this type of problem happen often? - No. I have had very few warranty issues come up (less than 1% for the topper pads and pillows). But those that have occured with the topper pads and pillows typically came up within a short time of purchasing. It seems to me that from time to time there is a bad lot, and that within a short time the foam from this lot will begin to compress and not spring back after use. If your topper pad or pillow does seem defective, we would ask that the pad or pillow be sent in so we can confirm the defect. But after it is confirmed, we will send you out a new pad at no cost. We are offering Free Shipping within the Continental U.S. on all our Memory Foam Mattresses. lease note: Our Memory Foam Mattresses are generally shipped 1 - 2 business days after you place your order by UPS ground. After being shipped from the warehouse in Kentucky, they take 2 - 3 shipping days to reach the East Coast and Midwest, and 5 - 6 shipping days to the West Coast. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Our Topper Pads and Pillows are generally shipped 2 - 3 business days after you place your order. The standard shipping is by DHL ground. We are offering Free Shipping within the Continental U.S. on all orders for our Topper Pads, pillows and Platinum Mattress Pad Protectors. If you ordered the Platinum Mattress Pad Protector with your topper pad, the Platinum Mattress Pad Protector ships separtely from the topper pads and ships within 3 - 4 business days after your order is placed. After being shipped, the topper pads and pillows take 1- 2 shipping days to reach West Coast addresses, 3 - 4 to the Midwest, and 5 - 6 days to those on the East Coast.
