365 day Money Back Trial
We offer a full 365 day money back trial on both our Healthy Foundations 10" and Memory Foam Topper Pads. How can we offer such a long money back trial? It is simple - we believe in our mattresses and topper pads and want you to have the chance to experience them without worrying about being taken or not having a long enough time to try out the mattress. Is there a cost on the return? The only cost is a $75 return fee on a mattress return and return shipping on a topper pad return. The only thing we do ask is that you give the mattresses and toppers a try for 30 days or so, since it can take that long for your body to adjust to a new mattress or topper pad.
Warranty for the Healthy Foundations 10" Memory Foam Mattress (10 Year Non-Prorated Warranty)
The manufacturer also offer an unusually fair and comprehensive warranty on the The Healthy Foundations 10" Memory Foam Mattress. The manufacturers' warranty is a 10 year, non-prorated, warranty. The 10" Memory Foam Mattress Warranty reads:
The manufacturer of your laminated viscoelastic mattresses warrant that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship as described in this limited warranty.
This 10 year manufacturer's warranty starts on the date of purchase. If a manufacturing or material defect occurs during this time, the factory which manufactured the mattress will repair or replace (at their option) the defective item. If replacement is required, the manufacturer may substitute materials of equal or higher quality when the like components are not available.
The limited warranty does not cover the following:
- The fabric mattress cover
- Slight body impressions
- Comfort preference
- Transportation charges for return and reshipping when necessary
- Abuse or unsanitary conditions
- When used on an inappropriate foundation or box springs

Please note that the manufacturer reserve the right to refuse service and invalidate this warranty when the mattress is found to be in unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material and/or workmanship.
Our viscoelastic foams are manufactured to the highest quality standards in the bedding industry. It is not likely that you will experience a problem with our sleep solutions supplied to you if used properly. This warranty does not include the normal softening in compression associated with viscoelastic memory foam or a decrease in the slow recover rates, which do not affect the pressure relieving qualities of the mattress.
Your mattress is designed to conform to a person's individual contour. Your sleeping position may result in body contouring. This is normal and not a structural defect. Severe contours are impressions which are in excess of slight body impressions. The sag cannot be associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring, or platform; and any physical flaw in the mattress that causes our material to split or crack beyond that which would result from normal wear and tear.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of this mattress.

Topper Pads
Our topper pads come with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and the pillows with a 3 year warranty.
A memory foam pad and pillow will soften a bit over its life, and this is not covered by the warranty. Typically, the type of defect covered by the warranty is if the topper pad or pillow becomes compressed in some area (stays compressed and doesn't recover). Does this type of problem happen often? - No. I have had very few warranty issues come up (less than 1% for the topper pads and pillows). But those that have occured with the topper pads and pillows typically came up within a short time of purchasing. It seems to me that from time to time there is a bad lot, and that within a short time the foam from this lot will begin to compress and not spring back after use. If your topper pad or pillow does seem defective, we would ask that the pad or pillow be sent in so we can confirm the defect. But after it is confirmed, we will send you out a new pad at no cost.

We offer free shipping on all our mattresss.
Our 10" Memory Foam Mattresses are manufactured in the US and generally take 2 - 3 business days after you place your order to ship out of our warehouse. After being shipped from the warehouse in Florida, they take an additional 1 - 6 shipping days to be delivered by UPS ground, depending on the distance from the warehouse, to your home (2 - 3 additional shipping days, in general, to the East Coast and Midwest, and 5 - 6 additional shipping days to the West Coast). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Any other items ordered ship separately and will be received separately from the mattress.

Topper Pads and Protect-A-Beds Mattress Covers
We are offering Free Shipping within the Continental U.S. on all orders for our Topper Pads and Protect-A-Bed Premium Mattress Protector Pads. Please note: Our Topper Pads are generally shipped 2 - 3 business days after you place your order by UPS Ground. After being shipped from our warehouse in California, they take an additional 1 - 6 shipping days to be delivered, depending on the distance from our warehouse, to your home. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from UPS telling you the tracking number, the date shipped, the date delivery is expected, etc. If you ordered the Protect-A-Bed Premium Mattress Protector Pad with your topper pad, the Protect-A-Bed Premium Mattress Protector Pad ships separtely from the topper pads and ships from our warehouse in Kentucky within 1 - 2 business days after your order is placed.
After being shipped, the topper pads and pillows take 1- 2 shipping days to reach West Coast addresses, 3 - 4 to the Midwest, and 5 - 6 days to those on the East Coast. See our UPS Ground time-in-transit map to see how many days it takes, once your order is shipped, to get to your destination. Once your topper pad or pillow order is shipped, you will receive an email from UPS telling you the tracking number, the date shipped, the date delivery is expected, etc.
The Topper Pads are only shipped by UPS Ground - there is no express shipping for Topper Pads. They are just too heavy and bulky to be able to be shipped reasonably by air - often the charge would be $80 to $100 or more.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
We do not currently ship our topper pads or pillows to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping to Canada
We don't currently ship to Canada. We just had too many problems with packages getting stuck in customs for extended periods.
Shipping to APO addresses
We no longer ship to APO addresses due to unforseen increases in shipping costs.
